The end of week 4! I had to get use to a new diet and exercising regularly. I can see some results even after the first month which brings me to my topic this week, favorite and least favorite body parts. Even friends of mine, with what appear to me to have perfect bodies, have a body part they hate. I don't know anyone who is a hundred percent happy with their bodies but usually we all have one part we like and one that we really hate. Well I learned pretty quick that you really do have to be careful what you wish for. By 6th grade I was a Double D and was enduring frequent bra strap snaps by obnoxious boys and the nickname Dolly. Running and High impact activity was painful and downright dangerous.

These are all dumb words that are very over used I even use some and whose meanings have become increasingly garbled. When I say I eat a 'Healthy' diet, what do you immediately assume? No carb? No Dairy? No Sugar? No Caffeine? Only Green juice? When you say you want to eat a healthy diet what do you mean?

The top of the muffin, according to a beloved "Seinfeld" episode , is the best part. The second kind of muffin top is so unsavory that dieters have been known to conceal it under baggy clothes, control it with Spanx and other figure-shaping garments, flatten it with diet and exercise programs, or eliminate it altogether with liposuction or tummy-tuck surgery. If the phrase still sounds foreign, that's because it is.
